Topics encompass all areas of wellness…nutritional, physical, spiritual, emotional, and environmental. We also cover building a wellness team and creating connections in the community. All of our seminars and workshops can be conducted for individuals or groups and customized to meet your specific needs.
The following information describes the different pathways available. This program is conducted as a 12-week seminar series (1 hour per session). Topics are also available as stand alone seminar programs - for details on each specific topic click here. All seminars can be customized to meet the needs of the participants.
Wellness Workshops - Group Format
Working in a group environment provides you with insight, perspective, shared experiences and support. An empowering group environment can foster significant change in individuals. While much of this program is educational, you will have many opportunities for self-discovery and self-evaluation. In our work together, you will be asked to be mindful of your own intentions, what resonates with you and how you can apply this knowledge to your unique situation. Each one of you will embark on your own unique path to vibrant health.
This program is designed to give you the tools you need to assess where you are today, where you would like to go and ultimately what path or pathways you’ll take to get there.

There is no single definition of vibrant health. It will be different for each one of you. This will require you to think and create a vision of what vibrant health looks like to you.
