There are several options for working with a wellness coach:

In-person, by phone or via email*:

  • 20 Minute Coaching, phone
  • ½ hour Coaching, in person, phone
  • 1 hour Coaching, in person, phone

*Email will be used for sharing of information and updates following a minimum of one in person or phone session.
